Machine learning engineer
Key Qualifications
-Deep technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or artificial intelligence
-Strong fundamentals in problem solving, algorithm design, and model building, and experiences in building early stage products
-Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as Caffe, TensorFlow, Torch, PyTorch, MxNet, etc.
-PhD/MS in Machine learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 2+ years of machine learning research experience
-Strong ability to code in C/C++, Python
-Comfortable working in a Linux environment
-Experience with speech recognition (ASR), natural language understanding (NLP/NLU) and related fields
-Hands-on experience in any full stack ASR tool kit, e.g. Sphinx, Kaldi, HTK, Julius
-Knowledge of DSP principles, noise reduction, echo cancelation
-At least 2 years experiences in Machine learning space
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a plus.
About the Role:
As a member of the AI/ML team, you will design and evaluate algorithms, models and methods that will impact RohamAI. You will also collaborate with production and business teams, who are building the newest, most compelling intelligent applications in the country. Your responsibilities include:
-Researching, developing and implementing the most innovative machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision and NLP techniques
-Transferring machine learning solutions to engineers on product team
-Providing feedback on tools and new features needed back to platform development team
-Contributing to talent acquisition and training to newer researchers and engineers
