Role and Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes
- Produce final design solutions (like logos, banners, interfaces)
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects
- Use feedback from other designers to improve
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BSc/BA in Design or a related field
- Up to three years of experience as a Junior Designer
- High or mid-level of competency with the following tools or similar: Adobe Suite (PS/AI/XD)
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Being patient
- Being inquisitive, having good research and observation skills
- Experience of designing websites.
- Familiarity with design techniques (e.g. prototyping)
- Teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; verbal and written
Preferred Skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
