At Riton, we’re the insurance arm of Dotin—a leading Fintech and Insure-tech solutions provider, proudly backed by the Fanap and Pasargad financial group. As a Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital insurance offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the product backlog with well-defined epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the product requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and new trends to improve our customer experiences.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
- Configure new features for optimal usability by our customers.
- Provide high-level insights into the product development process.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
- Lead product development with a data-centric mindset.
- Owning the roadmap items and delivering them on the due date
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Analyze complex scenarios to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
