At RETINA Digital Marketing Agency, we push the boundaries to deliver the best results for our clients. We work with businesses that are starting from scratch or looking to scale through SEO, Content Marketing, UI/UX Design, and Digital Advertising.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can proactively reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and book sales calls. If you're a strong communicator, persuasive, and motivated by sales, we want you on our team!
Your Role:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure they’re a good fit for our agency’s services.
- Set up discovery calls and hand off leads to the sales team for closing.
- Build relationships with prospects and educate them about our digital marketing solutions.
- Maintain and track outreach efforts using CRM tools.
- Continuously improve outreach messaging, response rates, and sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in outbound sales, cold emailing, or lead generation (preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, or UI/UX (a plus).
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours
