شرح موقعیت شغلی

Role Overview:

The Customer Success Engineer will be instrumental in providing technical support and custom solutions to enhance the functionality and user experience of our app for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and customer service skills to ensure our clients can fully leverage our product to grow their businesses.
In this position, you'll be working within an international industry, dealing with clients from all around the world, which adds a dynamic and global aspect to your role.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform UI customizations and integrations as per client requirements.
  • Assist in data migrations and conduct manual tasks on databases to support client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for client reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of database management.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or engineering role, ideally within a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear manner.
