We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and optimize conversions. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels and campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven optimizations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), display networks, and retargeting platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic
- Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive digital experiences across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics
- Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, SEO tools, and marketing automation software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital marketing strategies
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
