شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with a deep understanding of Figma and experience in creating sophisticated design systems. You will collaborate with our product team to design innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Figma to design and refine user interfaces, focusing on workflow efficiency and aesthetic detail.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system using atomic design principles to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to implement component-based designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine design approaches.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio featuring design projects done in Figma.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma, including its use in creating design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of atomic design, component-based design, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions based on the overall design roadmap and your own design thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
Contract:
Hourly based contact, with the opportunity to join as a full-time employee.
