Job Description

Your responsibility is to recognize the impediments and to prioritize and resolve them in a team fashioned way. You need to make sure that Scrum is played by the book within your Scrum team

 Requirements
 Technical Requirements
one+ year experience as a Scrum Master 
 Knowledge of software development best practices 
 Knowledge of scaled scrum frameworks 

 Soft Skills 
 Critical thinking ability and problem solving skills 
 Ability to use variety of reports to inform the stakeholders 
Knowledge of techniques for improving team efficiency
