• Efficiently leverage collaborative tools like Jira, Trello, Monday, and Microsoft Office to promote seamless collaboration and ensure transparency in team efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to the Scrum teams, promoting adherence to the Scrum framework and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Maintain and manage the sprint calendar, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Track and follow up on the results of each Scrum session, capturing action items, and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Take charge of setting up and organizing sessions, including sprint rituals and inter-team collaboration sessions.
• Monitor and manage task dependencies across multiple teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely completion of interdependent work items.
• Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that team members are accountable and delivering on their commitments.
• Remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the agile team’s progress, working with stakeholders to resolve issues and promote continuous improvement.
• Protect the team from external distractions or disruptions, ensuring a focused and productive work environment.
• Maintain ongoing alignment with the roadmap, ensuring all project initiatives and tasks align with it, and keeping each team's work in sync with the established roadmap.
• Optimize workflows within the agile teams, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, leading agile software development teams.
• Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and support Scrum teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and building strong relationships.
• Ability to create a focused and productive work environment, shielding agile teams from external distractions or disruptions.
