• CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions and client information into the CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status to management.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and share insights.
• Meet Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Excellent English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably remote.
• Time Zone Availability: Ability to work during US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST).
