Job Description
- Installation, troubleshooting and hardware support for desktop and server computers
- Monitoring and reading security logs of service and network infrastructure and submitting reports to the network administrator
- Cooperation with network administrators and system planners in the field of installation, commissioning and support of equipment and software
- Going to the data centers and work sites of the company for installation of servers and network equipment
- Troubleshooting and new challenges
- Presenting and documenting network contents

Requirements
- Familiar and work experience with virtualization (ESX) and monitoring systems
- Familiar with network concepts and network security and work experience with Mail Servers (Zimbra, Exchange, …)
- work experience with the backing up systems (Veam Backup, …)
- Familiar and work experience with VOIP systems (Cisco, Elastix,…)
- Has an MCSE and CCNA degree
- Committed, responsible and conscientious, has high public relations and teamwork spirit
- University Qualifications: at least advanced diploma.
- Nature and length of previous experience: at least 5 years
- Job satisfaction from the last place of work
