Job Description:
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective online learning experiences that meet the needs of our target audience. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and/or, educators, and stakeholders to design and develop high-quality online courses. that includes but is not limited to:

Job Description:
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective online learning experiences that meet the needs of our target audience. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and/or, educators, and stakeholders to design and develop high-quality online courses. that includes but is not limited to:
- Company Onboarding
- Tech Onboarding
- Bootcamp Training
- Crash Course Training
That is in the below areas:
- Finance
- Healthcare
- Programming
- Platform Operations
- Product Design (UI/UX design)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experts to identify learning objectives and requirements for online courses.
- Design instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia elements, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
- Develop engaging and interactive online learning content using a variety of instructional methods and technologies.
- Create and modify course content in learning management systems (LMS) or other eLearning platforms.
- Apply instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices to enhance learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of instructional materials.
- Collaborate with multimedia specialists, graphic designers, and developers to create multimedia elements and interactive components for online courses.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and instructional design strategies in eLearning and integrate them into course development.
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of online courses through learner feedback, assessments, and analytics, and make necessary improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Fluency in English language (Written and Speaking)
- Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Basic knowledge of Video Editing Software such as Adobe Premiere
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role, designing and developing online courses.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices in eLearning.
- Familiarity with multimedia development tools and techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships.
