Rayankar is a software company that is working on an AI platform to help radiologists make better decisions and detection. Our goal is to add all available and possible AI to the Radiologist workflow and find solutions to improve the AI training and learning model. Think of this as a ChatGPT but for the radiologist.
Our software is aiming to be launched in a global market for Europe, Asia, and the Americas and we are currently holding a physical presence in Iran, Holland, Malaysia, and other countries.

Job Summary
The AI platform you will contribute to is designed to revolutionize the radiology field by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence. It will assist radiologists in diagnosing and interpreting medical images more accurately and efficiently. The platform will automate routine tasks, provide rapid analysis of complex images, and offer decision support to enhance clinical outcomes. By combining the expertise of radiologists like yourself with cutting-edge AI algorithms, we aim to elevate the quality of patient care and contribute to the advancement of medical science.

Responsibilities
As a radiologist, you will review and annotate a variety of medical images—such as X-Rays, MRIs, and CT scans—to provide data that will train our AI models.
Review and validate AI detections
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to contribute your domain expertise across a wide range of radiology modalities
Guide the development and refinement of our AI platform by providing insights into the specific needs, challenges, and nuances of radiology practices
Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions to ensure the AI platform aligns with the needs of radiologists and healthcare providers
Review, annotate, and analyze radiology images to contribute to the training and validation of AI models
Provide feedback, suggestions, and continuous improvement insights to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the AI platform
Act as a liaison between the medical community and our product development team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
Stay updated with the latest advancements in both radiology and AI to ensure the platform remains at the cutting edge of technology

Qualification
Hold a medical degree and have successfully completed the Medical Licensing Examination.
Board certification in Radiology
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Radiologist
Proficiency in various radiology modalities such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, etc
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate clinical insights into technical requirements
Experience with AI applications in radiology is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team
Problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to challenges
Dedication to staying current with advancements in radiology and AI technology
