We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI and ML to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, experience with the latest AI technologies, and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Python applications and libraries focused on AI and ML solutions in:
    • LLM
    • Speech Recognition
    • Text to Speech
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features and services.
  • Keep up to date with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure the development of state-of-the-art solutions.
  • Optimize existing algorithms and develop new approaches to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and API references.
  • Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Proficiency in AI and ML technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Experience working with data processing and analysis tools, such as NumPy, Pandas, or SciPy.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
