Accountant
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Answer accounting procedure questions by reaching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
- Daily bookkeeping of financial transactions, invoices and treasure.
- Bank and account reconciliations.
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Prepare VAT
- Following and accomplishing tax and insurance
- Recording sales accounting and billing documents.
- Active as all sales accounting responsibilities.
- Working with financial systems.
- Monitors and confirms financial conduction.
- Assisting in preforming month-end & year-end closing of financial statements and reports.
Requirement
- At least bachelor degree on Accounting or financial fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at the same position
- Having a FMCG or pharmaceutical experience is a plus
- Full knowledge about different kind of financial reports and statements
- Familiar with Hamkaran system
- Knowledge about sales accounting
- Familiar with accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in excel software
- Good team work skills
- Flexibility
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial procedures in commercial companies
- Ability to handle multi tasks in financial department
