شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in our team, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your work will affect our telecommunication business support system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications for our IT team.
  • Analyzing the impact of proposed solutions across the business.
  • Assisting in system testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Providing support and guidance during the implementation phase.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the telecommunication industry or with systems similar to CRM and billing.
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into system requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and IT frameworks.
  • Familiarity with TM Forum's Frameworx, including its components such as eTOM (Business Process Framework), TAM (Application Framework), and SID (Information Framework) is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.

Interview Process

  1. Phone Screening (15 minutes): A brief discussion about your background, experience, and interest in the role.
  2. Case Study (To be completed at home): A task to assess your analytical skills and approach to problem-solving in a business context.
  3. In-depth Interview (45 minutes): A discussion about your case study, and your approach to business analysis.
  4. Culture Fit (30 minutes): A conversation to determine if your values and goals align with our company culture.
