شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

- Source candidates through various methods and proactively develop talent pipelines in anticipation for business need.
- Screening resumes, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Holding competency-based interviews with candidate shortlisted and following up on the interview process status.
- Effectively analyze and report recruitment metrics.
- Assisting in updating and implementation of workforce planning.
- Registration and keep of personnel records such as recruitment, transfer, termination, etc.
- Registration and follow up of all administrative requests.
- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers.See more occupations related to this task.
- Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.See more occupations related to this task.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.See more occupations related to this task.

Requirements

- Minimum bachelor's Degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields 
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language fluency 
- Strong communication skill
- Strong analytical skills
- Gender Preference: Male
-  Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
