Job Description
● Recognize the types of attacks at the network level.
● Configure intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
● Use security monitoring tools for network equipment and operational services.
● Analyze logs and records of security incidents.
● Use security assessment tools in network and application layers.
Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, maintain, document, and troubleshoot. Network infrastructure includes routers, switches, VoIP, firewalls, WAF, and other data communication components.
● Monitor, analyze, and document network logs.
● Participate in the daily planning, tracking, scheduling, and execution of project tasks and general network operations activities.
● Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff.
● Undertake other duties with capability as directed by management.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of experience in the large-scale network.
● Excellent understanding of networks, including Routing, Switching, Firewall, and Security.
● Having certificates in Cisco and IT courses (Network+, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, and WAF) would be an advantage.
● Passing CCNP R&S courses, CCNP Security, or one of the other popular firewall courses is preferred.
● Deep knowledge of Fortinet, and Cisco Devices and Monitoring.
● Ability to use a wide variety of technologies and tools.
● Experience in troubleshooting topics.
