We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI / UX Designer to join our team. As a product designer, you understand how to make complex products intuitive, straightforward, and beautiful


Responsibilities:



  • Create new and optimize existing UI / UX designs of Mobile and Web applications
  • Understand the product domain, product platform, and UI framework to deliver designs
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
  • Produce detailed design documentation to hand-off to developers to implement high-quality features
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to create a better user experience
  • Combine creativity with an awareness of the latest design trends


Required qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience as a UI-UX Designer
  • UI portfolio design
  • Hands-on experience with design software like (Preferably) Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Excellent oral and written command of English is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to discuss and explain design options
  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism
  • Willingness to implement changes based on feedback and requirements
  • Extremely attentive to details
  • Self researching and coming up with interesting solutions is valued
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
