شرح موقعیت شغلی
- Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, clearance process, negotiating, and ordering to make the best purchase package.
- Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from proforma invoices to shipping documents, customs affairs, and commercial registration procedures.
- Be up-to-date on current regulations and monitor applicable law changes.
- Make arrangements and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue/force in regard to transportation or client claims
- Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving.
- Assist the commercial manager and work as a member of a cohesive team.
- Assess risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation.
