Location: Pardis Technology Park (Tehran area) | On-site, Full-Time

Age Limitation: Lower than 36 years old.


Role Overview

You will own the end-to-end design of our next-generation sensing platform—from whiteboard schematics through regulatory approval and ramp-to-production. Expect to spend roughly 40 % hardware / 60 % firmware & test automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and validate mixed-signal PCBs (HDI, controlled-impedance, EMI-aware).
  • Develop embedded firmware in modern C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M (STM32WB family) with low-power Bluetooth LE stacks.
  • Bring up new boards: power-on diagnostics, JTAG/SWD debugging, automated boundary-scan tests.
  • Optimize memory, throughput, and latency on constrained MCUs.
  • Define verification plans; write test firmware and fixtures for manufacturing.
  • Generate Design History File (DHF) artefacts per IEC 60601-1 & ISO 13485.
  • Mentor junior engineers and review schematics, layout, and code for best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BSc or MSc in Electrical/Electronic/Bio-Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years designing production-grade analog & digital circuits.
  • Proven track record shipping ≥ 2 multi-layer PCBs (＞4 layers) from concept to mass production.
  • Strong embedded C/C++ experience on ARM Cortex-M (bare-metal or RTOS).
  • Hands-on with RF design considerations and Bluetooth LE protocol stacks.
  • Proficient with oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers (VNAs), spectrum analyzers, and in-circuit debuggers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with STM32WB55 series.
  • Familiarity with medical-device lifecycle (IEC 62304, ISO 14971 risk management).
  • Signal conditioning for biopotential front-ends (ECG, EMG, impedance).
  • Scripting for test automation (Python, C#, or Visual Basic for legacy support).
