The Quad Studio team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for a Product Designer to create outstanding user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer at Quad Studio, you will play a crucial role in leading the product design team and collaborating with all team members to bring our projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring a user-friendly and efficient experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create innovative and user-centered design solutions.
- Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to clearly communicate your ideas.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to guide design decisions and improve user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our design approach fresh and engaging.
- Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Deep understanding of product design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with a large team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of advanced data analysis tools and professional UX research methodologies is a plus.
- Experience using Notion and documenting work within it is preferred.
