شرح موقعیت شغلی

Main Duties:

UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products, ensuring consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and gather feedback for iterative improvement.

Visual Design: Choose appropriate color schemes, typography, iconography, and imagery to enhance the aesthetic appeal and usability of the product.

User-Centered Design: Advocate for user needs and conduct user research or usability testing to inform design decisions and refine the user interface.

Responsive Design: Ensure that UI designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the final product.

Design Documentation: Create design specifications, style guides, and design assets for developers to implement the UI designs accurately.

Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and approaches.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek feedback from team members and stakeholders and incorporate it into design iterations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UI Designer, preferably in a similar industry or domain.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their constraints (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user interfaces.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and/or Sketch, Figma, or other UI/UX design tools.

- Animation and motion design skills are a plus.
