شرح موقعیت شغلی

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help scale our core platform and build reliable, high-performance services that power critical user journeys. You’ll own backend systems end-to-end and play a key role in shaping our architecture and engineering standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and build scalable APIs and backend services using Python and Django.
  • Own features from design to production, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Improve system resilience, security, and developer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Data, and Infra teams.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive technical best practices.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of backend experience with Python/Django or similar frameworks.
  • Strong API design and relational database skills.
  • Experience with async/background jobs (e.g., Celery, queues).
  • Solid understanding of production systems: monitoring, debugging, performance.
  • A quality mindset, strong communication, and leadership in technical decisions.

Tech stack
 Python, Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, Celery, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, CI/CD.
