About the Role,
We are looking for a strong senior backend software engineer to maintain current apps and help our team to implement new services. He or she must know the stages of software development and have the experience to implement high-throughput and reliable backend services.

• Type of employment: full time
• Role position: Senior backend developer.
• Location: Vanak square, Tehran (Not remote)
Requirements,
Soft Skills:
• Enthusiastic about working in collaborative team environments to find creative solutions for challenging engineering problems
• Collaborate with teams and individuals across the company on a variety of products
Hard Skills,
• 3+ years of experience in professional Python backend development and frameworks (especially Django)
• Advanced knowledge of data structures and algorithms, understanding of algorithmic complexity, system design, database design, and optimizing queries
• Experience with a range of persistence strategies including relational or non-relational databases such as SQL or No-SQL data stores (especially MySQL and Redis)
• Working experience with message brokers and the AMQP protocol
• Working experience in asynchronous task queues in Python, multi-threading, multi-processing, and asyncio
• Knowledge of how to write unit tests and maintain a high test coverage for your code
• Outstanding documentation and systems debugging skills
• Experience in developing microservice echosystems
• Experience with working in Agile methodology
• Git flow
• Experience to build a highly scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platform and tools
Nice to have
• Experience or familiarity with using the Fast-API framework
• Working experience in Golang and its web frameworks
• Experience with Docker and CI-CD
