Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements, user stories, and translate them into effective and visually appealing user interfaces.
Lead the frontend development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Architect and implement complex frontend solutions using React and related libraries, maintaining a high standard of code quality, scalability, and performance. - Develop reusable components and libraries to streamline development and ensure consistency across different parts of the application.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, staying updated with the latest frontend development best practices.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, browser compatibility issues, and other technical challenges that may arise during development.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of the frontend components and applications, addressing and fixing issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing React-based projects.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a frontend codebase. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Prior experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs is advantageous.
