شرح موقعیت شغلی

Main Tasks

  • Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients who may be interested in the product or service.
  • Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering sales presentations or pitches to potential clients to explain the features and benefits of the product or service.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the product or service to effectively communicate its value to customers.
  • Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers and clients to build trust and rapport.
  • Handling Objections: Addressing and overcoming objections or concerns that potential customers may have.
  • Closing Sales: Finalizing agreements and contracts to secure sales.
  • Sales Metrics: Monitoring and analyzing sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Support: Providing post-sale support to customers, including addressing questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Account Management: Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports to management on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
  • Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve the product or service and the sales process.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Using CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain a sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in sales 
  • Working in the Internet ecosystem 
  • At least a bachelor's degree 
  • Training: Continuously learning and staying up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Negotiation: Negotiating terms and pricing with potential customers to close deals.
  • Documentation: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer communications.
  • Time Management: Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity
  • Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
