Main Tasks
- Prospecting: Identifying potential customers or clients who may be interested in the product or service.
- Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering sales presentations or pitches to potential clients to explain the features and benefits of the product or service.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the product or service to effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers and clients to build trust and rapport.
- Handling Objections: Addressing and overcoming objections or concerns that potential customers may have.
- Closing Sales: Finalizing agreements and contracts to secure sales.
- Sales Metrics: Monitoring and analyzing sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Support: Providing post-sale support to customers, including addressing questions, concerns, and issues.
- Account Management: Managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports to management on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
- Customer Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve the product or service and the sales process.
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Using CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and maintain a sales pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in sales
- Working in the Internet ecosystem
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Training: Continuously learning and staying up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Negotiation: Negotiating terms and pricing with potential customers to close deals.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer communications.
- Time Management: Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity
- Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
