About the Role,

We are looking for a strong senior backend software engineer to maintain current apps and help our team build new services. He or she must know the stages of software development and have the experience to implement high-throughput and reliable backend services.


General job information:

    • Type of employment: full time

    • Role position: Senior backend developer.

    • Location: Vanak Square, Tehran (Hybrid)


Requirements:

Soft Skills:

   • Enthusiastic about working in collaborative team environments to find creative solutions for challenging engineering problems

   • Collaborate with teams and individuals across the company on a variety of products

Hard Skills:

    • 5+ years of experience in professional backend development and frameworks (At least +3 years as a Python backend developer especially Django)

    • Advanced knowledge of data structures and algorithms, understanding of algorithmic complexity, system design, database design, and optimizing queries

    • Experience with a range of persistence strategies including relational or non-relational databases such as SQL or No-SQL data stores (especially MySQL and Redis)

    • Working experience with message brokers and the AMQP protocol (especially RabbitMQ)

    • Working experience in asynchronous task queues in Python, multi-threading, multi-processing, and asyncio

    • Knowledge of how to write unit tests and maintain a high test coverage for your code

    • Outstanding documentation and systems debugging skill

    • Experience in developing microservice ecosystems

    • Git flow

    • Experience in building a highly scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platform and tools 


Nice to have:

    • Experience in the deployment of Python web applications

    • Experience with Docker and CI-CD

    • Experience in fintech field
