استخدام Growth Data Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Growth Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth from multiple angles. You will be in charge of exploring growth opportunities, presenting your data-driven growth plans to various stakeholders, evaluating the outcomes of your plans, and refining them to meet the company’s growth goals.

This role will require you to apply your skills in data analytics, strategic research, commercial decision-making, cross-team communication and process/project management on a daily basis.



Your main responsibilities will include:


- Performing in-depth analysis on an hourly/daily and category level

- Executing and monitoring growth projects by conducting relevant data analysis, collaborating with different teams and stakeholders, and achieving pre-defined objectives

- Suggesting various growth actions and metrics by taking into account business strategy, competition, and other business KPIs

- Developing and maintaining dashboards that show different business and growth patterns, and identifying possible solutions to address problems or enhance performance

- Undertaking relevant data analysis projects that could support the business in making decisions and taking actions


To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 2-5+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, marketing, product marketing, product management, project management, business consulting, or engineering

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques

- Proficiency in SQL or other query languages and experience with reporting packages

- Familiarity with statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to answer complex questions with data

- Effective communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- A passion for data and a curiosity for finding insights and opportunities for growth
