Position Overview:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative PMO to actively contribute to our strategic planning and execution processes. You will be instrumental in guiding planning cycles, ensuring alignment between initiatives and business objectives, and fostering collaboration across teams. Your contributions will play a key role in driving the organization’s success through well-structured plans and seamless execution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection of organizational inputs to define both short-term and long-term objectives effectively.
- Draft execution plans with clear timelines, prioritization, and resource allocation that align with organizational goals.
- Own planning workshops, aligning initiatives with strategic objectives, drafting execution plans with timelines, prioritization and resource allocation.
- Run continues plan assessment and support further prioritization efforts, fine-tuning plans based on resources if needed.
- Guard plan execution, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Own frequent alignment programs, monitoring deliverables and addressing challenges.
- Run monitoring of deliverables and key performance indicators, contributing to progress updates.
- Organize closing events, celebrate successes, and participate in plan evaluations.
- Gather feedback for continuous improvement and lead the iteration process for the next planning cycle.
Requirements:
- B.A or M.A in appropriate field of study (Management, Strategy and Business are preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project/ program management.
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong business sense
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
