International Market Development Assistant
A UAE headquartered international holding company active in the automotive aftermarket sector is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented female professional to join its Tehran office as an International Market Development Assistant.
The successful candidate will support the International Market Development Director in managing business activities, coordinating cross-functional projects, developing export markets, and strengthening relationships with global customers and business partners.

Key Qualifications :
• Female candidate.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international business, export, international sales, or business development.
• Excellent command of English in all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Strong planning, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
• Proven ability to establish structures, processes, timelines, and follow-up systems to ensure efficient execution of international business activities.
• Exceptional coordination and communication skills with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and international partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills.
• Self motivated, disciplined, highly accountable, and results oriented.

• Proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance productivity, research, reporting, communication, and business development activities.
• Familiarity with export procedures, international trade practices, logistics, and commercial documentation.
• Willingness and ability to travel when required.
