Responsibilities:
- Identify new business partnership opportunities and design effective partnership models
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of revenue models, financial products, and digital banking services
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently follow up on ongoing negotiations
- Maintain a strong and effective professional network with executives and key decision-makers across companies within the financial and technology ecosystem
- Proven track record of successful B2B negotiations, contract execution, and partnership development
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Alliances
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Banking, Banking, FinTech, LendTech, Payments, BNPL, or Financial Services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-oriented and highly persistent mindset
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships with business partners
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
