استخدام Data Analytics Team Lead

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At bluBank, we are looking for a talented and curious Data Analytics Team Lead to join our Data Team. This is a player-coach role: you will lead analytics for one or more business domains, mentor team members, work closely with business and product stakeholders, and remain hands-on in solving high-impact analytical problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the analytics roadmap and priorities for one or more business domains.
  • Lead and mentor domain data analysts, providing technical and analytical guidance.
  • Work closely with Product, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to identify business problems and turn them into analytics opportunities.
  • Conduct hands-on advanced analytics, modeling, experimentation, and business analysis.
  • Develop and oversee dashboards, analytical tools, KPIs, and data products.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and AI/ML teams to ensure reliable data, pipelines, and analytical solutions.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and support data-driven business decisions.
  • Ensure quality, documentation, and governance of analytics within the domain.
Qualification:

  • MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data science, or quantitative roles.
  • Experience leading or mentoring analytics/data teams.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, or Superset.
  • Experience with DWH, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.
  • Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as both a technical leader and individual contributor.
  • Banking or fintech experience is a plus.
