About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new product features, from ideation to implementation.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define design objectives and requirements.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in working with design systems and creating seamless integrated designs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of front-end development and technical constraints is a plus.
