• Collaborate closely with product leaders, engineers, and UX designers to define and refine ambitious design goals and specifications.
• Craft and execute high-quality visual designs, including icons, logos, and illustrations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all design work.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level visual designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continual learning.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Senior Visual Designer with a robust portfolio featuring successful and impactful projects.
• Exceptional proficiency in design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and guidelines, ensuring brand consistency.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, integral for leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy in design assets and files.
• Familiarity with front-end development and technical constraints is advantageous.
