استخدام Talent Acquisition Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job description:

● Posting ads in the company's employment channels.
● Reviewing and screening the received resumes.
● Coordinating job interviews with job seekers.
● Recording and following different stages of the interviews (in person, by phone and online).


Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or another related fields.
● At least 2 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Strong public relations, interpersonal skills and high learning ability.
● Familiar with recruitment processes and various interviewing methods.
● Excellent analytical skills to check resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
● Self-Motivated.
● Flexible and hardworking.

* Working hours Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 to 17:30 / Thursdays (twice a month) from 8:30 to 13
