Head of Commercial

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced commercial head who has a preferably proven B2B commercial background with strong negotiation and communication skills. He or she should have outstanding team management skills for leading, building, and expanding the commercial team and drive the company's sales.

Responsibilities:

• Improve the quality of daily tasks and processes to increase the efficiency of outcome
• Develop new commercial strategies to increase performance, quality, and revenue of the company
• Define/improve commercial strategies based on business goals and roadmap
• Developing relationships with key clients and define strategic partnerships with important business partners
• Monitor performance of commercial activities by observing key metrics and KPIs
• Figure out the requirement of active customers to make sure their needs are being met
• Define new strategies for acquiring new customers and entering new relevant markets

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a head of commercial or manager or other relevant roles 
• Proven experience in sales (B2B is a plus)
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strategic thinking and Strong negotiation skills  
• Data-driven approach and analytical mindset
• Fluent English Skills is an advantage
