Job summary



Podro is looking for a humble Scrum Master who has excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques and has the ability to coach our software development team to improve the efficiency of the team.




Responsibilities 



·       Managing the scrum process in Agile methodology


·       Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting


·       Arranging retrospective, review, and daily stand-up meetings

·       Assisting product managers to make the product backlogs in a good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.


·       Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration


·       Solving conflicts and removing obstacles


·       Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint 




Requirement:




·       At least 3 years of experience in a scrum master role.


·       Good Knowledge of agile methodology and its frameworks.


·       Expert in coaching team to follow agile. 


·       Good knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.


·       Familiar with software development processes and procedures to understand the team's needs.


·       Good knowledge of Agile techniques such as the definition of done, user stories, velocity, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, automated testing, backlog refinement, continuous Integration.


·       Strong communication Skills


·       Problem Solving and Conflict management skills
