• Translate project brief into design assets and systems that meet business goals as defined by marketing managers in a timely and efficient way. 
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to help make the most efficient creative decisions and process set up. 
• Use your creativity and talent to make a pure design across all channels. 
• Photo manipulation and retouch to create well images. 
• Design for social media, display banners, and printing material based on other departments' requests. 

• Working in startups and is familiar with this culture. 
• Have Good experience with industry-leading software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. 
• Good understanding of layout and color. 
• You’re up-to-date with the latest trends and keep exploring new things.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, organized, dependable, proactive nature with great communication skills. 
• Motion Graphic, Photography, and filming is a plus.
