Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge in HR functions and managing employee relations, and driving initiatives that contribute to the overall success of our organization

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for all positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Planning and conduct employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Assisting in executing performance management process
  • Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees.
  • Implement HR Surveys and analyze them
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports 
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirement:

  • Proven work experience in HR field 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Data-driven mindset 
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment (experience in start-up companies would be a plus) 
  • Problem Solver
