Responsibilities:

Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices throughout the organization
Maintain and develop a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on user-centric solutions that meet business objectives
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
Implement pixel-perfect UI designs with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship
Documentation of whole design process
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch
Strong research skills and experience conducting user research and usability testing
A passion for creating elegant and intuitive user experiences
Experienced in working within an agile development environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills (analysis, interpretation, and reasoning)
