We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to drive our brand’s growth across international tourism markets, someone who blends strategic creativity with data intelligence and a passion for technology.
As our Marketing Lead, you’ll define and execute multi-market strategies, build strong brand awareness, and lead campaigns that connect travelers worldwide. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into our marketing efforts, ensuring every message resonates globally.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and scale global marketing initiatives in the travel and hospitality sector
- Develop data-driven, tech-enabled marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team across regions
- Build partnerships with international media, influencers, and travel communities
- Oversee campaign performance, analytics, and budget optimization
- Drive innovation through AI, automation, and personalization tools
What You Bring
- 7+ years in marketing, with leadership experience in international tourism or hospitality
- Proven success managing multi-channel, global campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital and AI-powered marketing
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent communication in English (other languages a plus)
