Senior Designer (Forex and Financial Services) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design advanced UI/UX for trading platforms and financial dashboards, providing a seamless user experience for professional traders.
  • Create innovative and impactful visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and trading websites, helping to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze and evaluate user behavior based on financial and trading data, providing optimized UX solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D teams, digital marketing, and financial experts to ensure alignment of graphic designs with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the design of modern and innovative visuals, considering the complex challenges of the forex industry, such as market volatility and financial forecasting.
  • Oversee the graphic design processes, manage design teams, and ensure full adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Create high-quality animations and motion graphics to simplify complex financial concepts and for educational purposes in forex.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within financial and technology sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in designing financial products, including trading platforms, financial software, and forex applications.
  • Proficiency with professional design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects).
  • Expertise in advanced UI/UX design tools such as Figma and Sketch, with experience in creating interactive prototypes.
  • In-depth understanding of user experience design for complex products and the ability to offer visual solutions aligned with financial strategies and market fluctuations.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use user insights and trading data to improve design.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead design teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with financial market concepts, currency fluctuations, and trading platforms like MetaTrader is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in financial and forex-related design.
