About the Role
We are looking for a creative Product Designer with strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills. You will translate product challenges into simple, intuitive, scalable, and visually refined web and mobile experiences.
You will contribute across the product design process—from problem framing and user flows to prototyping, high-fidelity UI design, and implementation—while helping evolve Snapptrip’s visual and interaction language.
What You’ll Do
● Design polished, responsive, and accessible web and mobile interfaces.
● Translate user needs, product goals, and brand principles into clear, usable experiences.
● Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, UI states, transitions, and micro-interactions.
● Create and evolve reusable components, patterns, and guidelines within the design system.
● Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers throughout the design and implementation process.
● Conduct design QA and use research, product data, usability testing, and user feedback to improve designs.
● Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate ideation and exploration while maintaining design quality and professional judgment.

What We’re Looking For
● At least 3 years of product, UI/UX, or digital product design experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
● A strong portfolio that demonstrates both exceptional visual/UI craft and product problem-solving skills.
● Strong command of layout, typography, color, spacing, visual hierarchy, iconography, responsive design, and accessibility.
● A solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, usability patterns, and design systems.
● Experience designing motion, transitions, micro-interactions, and interface states.
● Professional proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, libraries, and prototyping.
● Strong communication skills, ownership, curiosity, and the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
● A strong portfolio that demonstrates both exceptional visual/UI craft and product problem-solving skills.

● Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
● Familiarity with research, usability testing, analytics, or A/B testing.
● Experience with tools such as ProtoPie, Rive, Framer, After Effects, or Lottie.
● Experience using AI tools in design workflows or designing AI-enabled features.
● Experience working with design systems and Front-end Engineers.
● Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
● Familiarity with research, usability testing, analytics, or A/B testing.
● Experience with tools such as ProtoPie, Rive, Framer, After Effects, or Lottie.
● Experience using AI tools in design workflows or designing AI-enabled features.
