Snapptrip is a subsidiaries of Snapp Group, the largest Internet services company in the Middle East. Snapptrip operates in the field of online travel services (hotel and ticket). Major tasks are as below, but not limited to:
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
- Measure ROI of online and offline marketing channels
- Understand the company's objectives and track the way of achieving them.
- Define KPIs for the goals and take actions in order to improve them.
- Have a growth mindset, and find the root cause of the barriers of the growth.
- Ability to own, plan, operate the high-amount budget planning for pricing purposes.
- Find the best/next practice for new problems and ability to make them as a routine.
- Report important KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, with an analytical and action-oriented approach (not just the numbers).
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic
- Find the best data-driven models for answering the top-level manager's questions.
- Ability to recognize the trends, extract insights from them, and turn them into business decisions.
Requirements for taking this position:
- Having a very sophisticated, data-driven mindset and being master at working with a large amounts of data. (Excel is a must, SQL, R, Python & Matlab are a plus).
- Detail-oriented toward the problems.
- At least 3 years experience of working in similar positions (business analyst, marketing analyst) and having experience in OTAs are an advantage.
- Accept that adhocs are a part of the job.
- Having an action-oriented and pro-actively problem solving approach towards the company's problem
The important notes:
- Strong business/marketing analytics knowledge (Sales, funnel, ...)
- Budget management (planning & optimization) for pricing purposes.
- Data-driven mindset and being handy with data (Excel, SQL, Python, R)
- Making business decisions from the pattern based on data.
- Report & analyze important KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Being action-oriented and pro-actively problem solver.
