استخدام Marketing Automation Specialist

Snapptrip eCRM Specialist performs all CRM marketing activities, including but not limited to email, push notification and SMS campaign setup, audience selection, testing, tagging, QA, and deployment of recurring, dedicated CRM campaigns.
This position requires highly developed time management and multi-tasking skills, and the candidate must demonstrate an ability to think critically, act quickly, execute processes efficiently, and adapt easily to an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities
• Support development and execution of marketing automation-related tools and marketing automation roadmap by identifying opportunities 
• Design, develop and implement every stage of CRM process from planning, A/B testing, performing, reporting, and   optimization
• Work closely with the campaign and digital marketing manager and also commercial team on content strategy and the creative team (copywriters and designers) to improve engagement and retention rate in CRM channel
• Support CRO team to track the performance of the practices
• Builds weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports and analyses
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years as an email marketing professional or Minimum of 1 year as a marketing automation professional
• Experience with Retention Science
• Expertise in email best practices, including creative approach, audience segmentation, deliverability
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related discipline
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and proven ability to learn and master additional       productivity software
• Skill in data analysis with the ability to build reports with strategic insights
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus
