Job Description
1. To prepare reports, memos, letters, and other legal/financial related documents.
2. Answering to third party calls (Legal/Finance related)
3. To conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation MD.
4. To attend meetings and record minutes.
5. To read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports related to finance and legal, determine their significance and plan their distribution.
6. To keep all letters and contracts’ track.
7. To file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
8. To open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails related to legal and finance

Requirements
1- Solid expertise of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Microsoft Office.
2- Well coordination.
3- Time Management and social perceptiveness skills.
4- Good knowledge of English language.
5- Having agility.
6- Bachelor of finance or legal majors.
