Key Tasks:
- Investigating current existing hotels on Snapptrip and Targeting potential hotels to online them
- Training reservation department of targeted hotels (Admin of Hotel) and activating their accounts on the panel
- Training Financial department of targeted hotels to use the financial center of the panel (Increasing Full Automated Bookings through the extra-net)
- Training New Joined Hotels to use the panel before activating the hotel on snapptrip
- Maintaining the live hotels to keep them engaged with the panel
- Resolving issues and supporting hotel admins.
- Pricing (Data Entry)
- Matching competitive prices for all hotels (Manually)
- Training all new features on the extra-net for all hotels
- Negotiate with hotel managers and reservations
- Working on CRM software (Jira – CRM)
- Sign contract with new hotels
- Fix finance contradictions through own hotel managers
- Managing overbooks
- Supporting hotel admins and troubleshooting (Technical Problems)
- Changing cash method contract to credit contract
