Main Responsibilities
Planning and Scheduling:
Planning and Scheduling:
· Collaborate with the Product Design Manager to prioritize design tasks.
· Develop and maintain a task schedule based on project priorities and deadlines.
Task Assignment:
· Assign design tasks to individual product designers based on their strengths and workload.
· Ensure a balanced distribution of tasks among team members.
Task Follow-up:
· Monitor the progress of design tasks to ensure they meet deadlines.
· Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to keep projects moving smoothly.
Team and Cross-Functional Meetings:
· Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and upcoming tasks.
· Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and streamline communication.
Documentation:
· Document product design tasks, including specifications, progress, and challenges.
· Provide clear and concise documentation for reference and future planning.
Performance Reporting:
· Generate weekly performance reports outlining task completion, challenges, and accomplishments.
· Work closely with the Product Design Manager to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Communication:
Maintain constant communication with the Product Design Manager, updating on task status and seeking guidance when needed.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tasks effectively.
Key Requirements
Familiarity with UI/UX Design:
· Demonstrated understanding of design principles and user-centric design practices.
Agile Methods & Tools:
· Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools to support efficient project management.
Proficient in Google Tools:
· Ability to use and navigate Google's suite of productivity tools.
Startup Experience:
· Previous work experience in startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset.
Attention to Detail:
· Strong attention to detail in task planning, execution, and documentation.
Strong Communication Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Collaborative Team Player:
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.
