شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify key opportunities for brand positioning and reputation management.
  • Monitor industry trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
  • Pitch stories, press releases, and op-eds to secure media coverage.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company when needed.
  • Plan and oversee PR campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, social media, and content teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to the brand’s reputation.
  • Draft press releases, speeches, and media kits.
  • Create compelling content for external communications, including blogs, newsletters, and articles.
  • Oversee the development of multimedia assets for PR purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including executives, to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Build relationships with influencers, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize press conferences, events, and sponsorships to enhance visibility.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry news to gauge public sentiment.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and provide regular reports.
  • Use analytics tools to measure brand visibility and reputation metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: +3 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record in managing campaigns and teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media relations and networking abilities.
  • Crisis management expertise.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PR analytics tools and platforms.
  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company (tourism & hospitality).
  • Familiarity with digital PR and social media trends.
  • Leadership experience in managing PR teams or agencies.
